Service Fees
ELITEVISA provides a range of business and administrative support services, some of which are offered free of charge, while others require payment (“Service Fees”). All applicable Service Fees are clearly listed on our website at www.theelitevisa.com. These fees apply solely to the services provided by ELITEVISA and do not include any third-party or government-related charges.

Please note that government authorities—such as UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), USCIS, IRCC, and immigration departments in the EU, Australia, and other jurisdictions—may charge Government Fees for the filing, processing, or issuance of immigration applications and forms. These Government Fees are separate from ELITEVISA’s Service Fees, and clients are solely responsible for making any required payments directly to the appropriate government bodies.

Payment of Service Fees
When purchasing any paid service from ELITEVISA, you agree to provide accurate and current payment information, such as a valid credit/debit card or other accepted payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You authorize ELITEVISA to charge your selected payment method for all applicable Service Fees at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and up to date. If your payment method is declined or becomes invalid and we are unable to collect payment, ELITEVISA is under no obligation to deliver or continue providing the associated services.

By purchasing any service from ELITEVISA, you agree not to issue chargebacks through your bank, credit card company, or any other payment platform (including but not limited to Stripe or PayPal) for any reason related to our Services. If you have a concern regarding billing or payment, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
